We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Project Manager of Marketing BI system

The company has its own analytics system. The system combines game event logging, data collection, data processing, and results visualization. The system users are game producers, user acquisition managers, company top management, Live-Ops, Data analytics and others.

Product Manager (Analytic) is required to manage the analytics product on the project. We have a modern technology stack based on hadoop and aws cloud computing, a distributed development team, established development processes, interesting tasks, including work with neural networks and machine learning.

What you are going to do:

Definition, formation and maintenance of the product vision;
Product backlog management;
Prioritization of product needs;
Control at all stages of development;
Development of a product strategy together with the customer;
Effective communication with customers and developers;
Evaluation of product progress.” “What we expect:

Project Manager experience (at least 3 years);
Extensive knowledge and ability to implement best practices and product management processes;
Ability to operate autonomously without constant supervision and without the need for micromanagement;
High level of self-organization, strategic and structured thinking;
Passion for IT, self-development, and attention to details.

Would be a great bonus:

Experience in projects using agile software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
Experience in game development field;
JIRA, Confluence and BitBucket experience;
Understanding of the basics of User Acquisitions data analysis;
Understanding the basic principles game analytics;
